Our neurofeedback, therapy, and support services are all conveniently under one roof in our sensory-mindful office in Brentwood.

Therapy & Groups

We offer therapy for individuals, couples, and groups. Our therapists are nervous-system-informed, and experienced in trauma, neurodivergence, and chronic pain/illness. Our current groups are based on interaction and self-exploration via Dungeons and Dragons tabletop role-play game. We see folks in-person and online (in the state of TN).

Executive Function Support

We work hard to keep our space sensory-mindful and our processes executive-function-friendly. We love bringing you opportunities to shore up your executive function by hosting body-doubling/adult study hall hours in our space, as well as coaching you in bringing ease to your executive-function in your own space.
